Growing up in Philadelphia without a car, I learned to observe urban design up close by walking and biking everywhere, which has shaped my interest in how the design of our built environments affects people’s behavior, emotions, and decision-making. I’ll be majoring in Civil Engineering, and I’m also interested in double majoring in public policy to enrich my understanding of how governments interact with engineers to create innovative solutions. In my free time, I also enjoy crocheting, playing tennis, and journaling!
