Roosevelt, New Jersey
I am from Roosevelt, New Jersey and I graduated from Hightstown High School in 2023. In high school, I was highly involved in the performing arts, STEM, and community outreach and, in my gap year, I lived between Winston-Salem, North Carolina and New Jersey, engaging in NASA-funded research with Wake Forest University (Environmental Engineering) and The College of New Jersey (Biomedical Engineering). In my free time, I love to bake and cook with my family, play the flute and guitar, and walk my dog on nature trails. At Duke, I plan to major in Civil, Environmental, or Biomedical Engineering in hopes of exploring the ways in which contemporary humans have evolved to function from the natural world, with an interest in water resource preservation technologies.
