Incoming Summer
- Five-week hybrid, stipend-supported summer program on the Duke campus and in Durham, NC
- Meet other incoming Clark Scholars at Duke and build a strong team bond
- Get an intensive, curated introduction to college study and life
First Year
- Attend weekly cohort meetings with Program Director on Wednesdays 12-1pm
- Attend individual and group meetings with faculty mentor and peer mentor
First Summer
- Focused, summer-long international entrepreneurship program
- Technical skills boot camp with an internship to apply skills to a real-world project
- Living expenses and stipend are paid for by the program
Sophomore Year
- Enroll and complete a 2-semester sequence around service: EGR 190: Intro to Community Engagement for Engineers (.5 credits-Fall) and EGR TBD: Community Consultation (.5 credits-Spring)
Junior Year
- Enroll and complete EGR 190: Business Leadership for Engineers Course (1 credit)
- Enroll and complete 1 of the approved business courses: ECON 174: Financial Accounting or MMS 370: Managerial Finance
Senior Year
- Job placement support
