I am from the Silver Spring/Chevy Chase, Maryland area. In my free time, I love hanging out with friends and family, exploring new places, playing softball and badminton, and listening to music. I also have a passion for design, technology, science, and advocacy -- participating in and starting various organizations that combined these passions throughout high school and I hope to continue during college. At Duke, I plan to double major in biomedical engineering and computer science, where I aim to create new medical devices to aid all communities, accounting for not just the functionality, but the ethical and social impacts.
